COOKING PROGRAMS:
     If your group, organization or convention, is looking for a unique program for an upcoming meeting, Karen has a wide variety of “food related” topics for you. For 32 years, Karen’s cooking classes were acclaimed by students and other food professionals as “the best”.
     Now Karen’s innovative foods, their ease of preparation and yet uniqueness, plus Karen’s sense of humor and love of cooking can make your next program your biggest hit yet!
     Programs are custom designed to fit your needs. Most programs are done in a “demonstration” manner. Topics can include the following, or any according to your needs:

     According to your needs, the program can include a complete meal or a sampling of the foods prepared. Not everyone is interested in a program on sports, political or social issues, BUT absolutely everyone loves to eat! This program pleases everyone!

PRIVATE PARTIES:
     If you would like Karen to come to your home and do a short cooking demo for entertainment and then provide a most delicious gourmet meal or buffet for your guests she is available for just such occasions. Be it a bridal shower, a baby shower, a special birthday or anniversary or any gourmet group, brunches, lunches and dinners can be arranged. You can choose a fantastic menu from a selection of over 160 mouthwatering dishes. No set menus, you choose whatever you would like to serve and Karen will be glad to give you suggestions to suit your special party. Just to give you an idea, the below are a few of the 160 menu items available:
